When location services are incorrectly set to "While Using the App", a blue ribbon reading "LifeSaver is Actively Using Your Location" will appear on the top of your screen. You will need to change the permissions for the app in your settings to make sure LifeSaver "Always" has access to your location services. Changing the setting to "Always" will allow the app to function correctly.
To correctly set location services for LifeSaver:
- Open settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap LifeSaver.
- Tap Location.
- Tap Always.
Once this is set, you will no longer see the ribbon.
